EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES (EFT Tapping) is a self-care hands-on method of mind-body clearing and balancing founded by personal performance coach, Gary Craig.

 

Although EFT is easy to learn, it is powerful, profound, and intuitive and works with both the conscious and subconscious mind. To practice EFT you combine a descriptive emotionally potent statement about your symptom or issue with finger tapping on specific energy points on your body. (The energy points and pathways were discovered in ancient China and are still used today by modern acupuncturists.)

 

This gentle process releases the energetic blockages held in your body that are associated with negative thoughts and emotions and physical symptoms. Some examples of conditions that respond well to EFT are: stress, anger, panic and their associated physical symptoms; emotional and physical pain; cravings for sugar, junk food, and cigarettes; and issues of others, including children and babies. EFT also releases obstacles to your goals and promotes optimal performance.

 

Sounds Good. But Does It Work?

 

Yes. EFT often works for difficult or long-standing issues that have not responded to other approaches. Results are measurable and often fast (compared to other methods). Even from the first session most clients see substantial progress.
